Full & Part-Time Contracted Window Cleaner Needed

We seek a self-motivated, hard-working window cleaner to join our company. You must be comfortable working at high heights and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. Our ideal candidate arrives to work on time, is familiar with effective window cleaning tools and techniques, and ensures clients are satisfied with the cleanliness of their windows.

Contracted Window Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities

A Window Washer is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the exterior and interior glass surfaces of commercial buildings. This role requires using specialized equipment, and ensuring a streak-free, polished finish on all windows.


  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors while using cleaning solutions, squeegees, and other tools
  • Remove dirt, grime, and stains from glass surfaces.
  • Inspect windows for damage and report any issues to supervisors or property owners
  • Properly maintain and store cleaning equipment
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the cleaning service

Contracted Window Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift equipment and perform repetitive motions
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce streak-free results
  • Experience with professional window washing techniques is preferred but not required, willing to train
  • Must have a valid license and a vehicle to get to the job sites, along with being able to transport the equipment needed for the job.


  • Prior experience in window washing, janitorial work, or related fields.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Contracted Window Cleaner Work Environment Expectations

  • Outdoor and indoor work in various weather conditions
  • Requires bending, balancing, and standing for long periods

You'll start at $18 per hour for training. Once trained, you'll be assigned contracted jobs and will earn 20-35% of the job rate. The more jobs you take on each week, the higher your percentage will be. Additionally, if you help us secure a new client, you'll receive 50% of the earnings from that job.
